Placing an order with us is very easy. Just click on the item, enter the quantity desired. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. New customers need to enter their contact information, returning customers just need to sign in. We accept paypal and credit cards. Just follow the directions at checkout for all the particulars on how to do so. Please make sure to click return to website to close the order loop.
Most items are shipped via either USPS with delivery confirmation or UPS. Insurance is optional and is at the buyers expense.
Orders generally ship within 7-10 business days but may be extended during peak busy periods. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and Federal holidays.
We use a shipping program that automatically send emails with tracking information once we process your shipping label. Please check your email for this information.
We do ship internationally. Custom or VAT fees are the buyers responsibility. Custom forms will be marked merchandise as to do so otherwise is illegal and carries a large penalty.
Items with shipping included are for domestic (US) shipping only.
Sales tax of 6% will be collected from sales to Maryland residents.
